Becoming a devoted steward of the Earth takes time and devotion, requires flexibility and awareness, and inevitably will enrich our lives. I love the way you are inviting people to begin noticing how much unnecessary waste we create and how that impacts the vitality and fertility of the planet. Composting, growing our own food, only eating home cooked meals, avoiding processed foods, making herbal medicine, enriching the soil on our land, planting for pollinators, only buying naturally crafted soaps, shopping at farmers markets and building connections with local folks who are offering locally grown/crafted/made things... Each year we do a little more for the Planet and a little less of the Earth damaging behaviors that our culture has normalized!

Hi Rhiannon, I couldn’t agree more with everything you said. I’ve loved my journey it has taken me to understand where we have lost and where I lost my way with connecting with earth in our culture today. The struggle is real and I feel and know from many who have shared with me they don’t know how to start. Which is why I love sharing and inspiring people to care more about Mother Earth.

Shopping and groceries stores to local farmers market is a hard swap for people to make because we value “affordable” prices and people go once to a farmers market and think it’s too pricey not understanding the health benefits they will get from shopping locally and also the benefits it will reduce impacting the planet. Lots of education needs to happen. Xx
