Creative Surge Update
This is a very quick update as I want to start getting more regular with writing weekly, and articles are not exactly easy to pump out weekly, so I thought in bet I would write weekly updates on life.
I’ve decided to write an update on what has been happening versus an article I currently have in the draft that I do not feel is ready to release.
This week has been extremely creative and full of output for this mama, which has felt amazingly liberating. I have gotten more sleep and feel like our home life is turning a corner. We are all getting into a beautiful rhythm with these two growing boys.
I wouldn’t be able to do much of what I am doing creatively if I didn't have Tony's support when he is home, but more importantly, Tony’s parents, Yia Yia and Papou! I am so grateful for their full support of the children and all my creative projects around the house, but primarily for their effort in adjusting to living in a very eco-friendly home.
In my next YouTube episode, I will discuss “Living in alignment with your values is NOT easy” (working title). It will be focused on how we live an imperfect eco-friendly lifestyle and the wins and struggles we continually face. I have been committed to this eco-lifestyle as a family and in my journey for the past 6-7 years.

My big vision is to create more video content, as my written articles are amazing, but a part of me always wished I had visuals alongside my words. Not all articles, but some of them, as I have always been visual and felt I could create something unique on YouTube. As I state in this video, it’s very intimidating to be on YouTube, but I thought I needed to start and learn something new and push myself in a new way that I have avoided for SOOO LONG!

POTTERY
I went on my website to update my information and noticed that I haven’t promoted my pottery for a while now. I only have two pieces currently for sale and one online (I'm horrible at selling). Nonetheless, I thought I would share it here, and maybe it will get sold.
I miss pottery and cannot stop thinking of pieces and collections I want to create. I want to learn so much more about pottery, but it has fallen down on the list of to-do’s at the moment. It will come back up in my next creative surge next month. However, pottery is a very slow process, so the pieces will take weeks before anything is released. So, I have no real plans for my next pottery release date, as I do want to focus on filming for YouTube and writing for Substack.

But I am also excited to note that I started my own sourdough starter and would love anyone who knows about making sourdough making to point me in the right direction of how to make my first loaf as YouTube is helpful but overwhelming as so much advice.
